HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations specialist to join our rapidly growing HR Team. Main responsibilities include supporting our employees with different inquiries, updating company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full HR operations and solid knowledge of labour legislation. 

Main responsibilities:  

  • Monitor and update internal HR systems and databases; 
  • Be responsible for full-cycle employee documentation flow for certain legal entities; 
  • Cooperate with accounting department regarding monthly payroll; 
  • Organize and lead adaptational meetings for newcomers during trial period; 
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records; 
  • Communicate with related department according to employee matters (accounting, legal and others); 
  • Help to develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization; 
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation; 
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies, procedures and queries. 

Main competencies and skills: 

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist; 
  • Familiarity with main HR functions and processes; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian language skills; 
  • Hands-on experience with any Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); 
  • Solid understanding of labour legislation and payroll process; 
  • Good problem-solving abilities; 
  • Team management skills. 

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then salary for this position is not less than 1800 EUR gross per month.
