TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Help Desk 1st level)
- Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications;
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues;
- Providing IT assistance to staff and customers;
- Testing and evaluating new technology;
- Maintain clean and well-organized storage and workspaces;
- Tracking tickets in queue and ensuring SLAs are met accordingly;
- Cooperation with external suppliers of services and equipment;
- Participate in the training of new members of the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any technology-related course;
- 3+ years relevant experience, preferably in the helpdesk environment;
- Computer hardware and software knowledge;
- Experience with procurement process is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work efficiently in a team;
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work in shifts (10:00-18:30; 12:00-20:30).

The monthly gross salary is starting from 1400 EUR depending on your skills and experience.
