HR Assistant

We are looking for an HR assistant, to join our HR Operations team. Main responsibilities include daily administrative tasks, assistance to the team with record maintenance and provision of clerical support to all employees.  

Main responsibilities:  

  • Support internal and external HR operation related inquiries; 
  • Help with maintenance of digital and electronic records of employees; 
  • Assist with the employment process by requesting needed information and arranging meetings; 
  • Assist with HR procedures and policies; 
  • Process training requisitions according to certain procedure; 
  • Schedule meetings, reviews for HR and employees; 
  • Help with reporting on HR related issues; 
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes; 
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. 

Main competencies and skills: 

  • Preferred prior experience as an HR assistant/secretary/record keeper; 
  • Familiarity with main HR functions and processes would be considered as an advantage; 
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills; 
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian language skills; 
  • Any knowledge of labour legislation and payroll process will be considered as an advantage; 
  • Good problem-solving abilities; 
  • Team management skills; 
  • Meticulous attention to details; 
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.  

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then salary for this position is not less than 1250 EUR gross per month.
